Windsor Triathlon

Rachel Trout undertook the challenge of the Windsor Triathlon on Sunday 14th June 2009 in aid of the Papworth Hospital Charity and has raised the fantastic sum of £1,158.40 to date.

She completed the Olympic distance race which involved a 1500m swim (in the Thames!), 42km bike and then a 10km run – without doubt, an incredible achievement!

Rachel decided to compete in the triathlon in memory of her cousin Nick Rapley, who sadly passed away last year at the age of 37 from heart disease.

We are incredibly grateful for Rachel’s brilliant efforts, as well as that of all her sponsors who supported her so generously.
