Education & Learning

Examining x-raysThe Education and Learning Department offers a centralised approach to multi-disciplinary education across the Hospital and co-ordinating developments in clinical practice in relation to the modernisation agenda.

The Department is responsible for identifying training and development needs, planning provision of appropriate courses and purchasing education from other providers as required.

A team leadership and management programme has started for non-medical team leaders and an increasing number of courses are being brought on site to enable them to be delivered at the time and place that is most suitable for Papworth staff.
