Why do our patients choose Papworth Hospital?
- Committed to providing an excellent patient experience
We are proud of our reputation as one of the best performing hospitals in the UK. The safety of our patients and the experience they have while in our care is of primary importance to all staff at Papworth. We earned top scores in a major independent survey conducted by the Care Quality Commission in 2011 which canvassed the opinions of nearly 70,000 hospital inpatients. Papworth’s results were amongst the best in the country relating to a broad range of issues including the hospital and the ward, and confidence in the care and treatment provided by our doctors and nurses. Patients give Papworth Hospital top scores in national survey.
- We achieve some of the best outcomes in the world for our patients
Patients coming to Papworth Hospital can be confident that we are constantly checking that our results are the best they can be for the range of work that we do. Papworth Hospital achieves some of the best outcomes in the world for our patients despite treating older and more complex patients than the national average.
